The Windows To Tabs extension for Chrome will do the fox.
You simply hit a button in Chrome and all tabs from whatsoever open up windows are merged into one window.
In fact, there are loads of extensions out there, like JoinTabs which gives yous more command over what windows are merged into what other windows.

This functionality now exists in Chrome and has since version 24 or earlier. - So no demand for extensions (any more)
Left-click the first tab in the window you want to merge, then agree the shift primal and left-click the right most tab. All of the selected tabs for the current window tin can now be dragged and dropped every bit every bit group on some other Chrome window.

Just to corroborate this does work. Click + Shift Click for a contiguous set up or Click + Ctrl Click for arbitrary selection. Thanks Seph.

See my reply which notes that extensions are no longer needed to do this aforementioned function (since Chrome version 24)

The problem with using extensions for tiny items like this, is that each extension uses another x-20MB of RAM. Chrome is so memory hogging when it comes to extensions. :(
